i think we should have chat box 4 the forum like the lobby chat in the multiplayer games Question

a shoutbox and a chatbox are different. and i agree we should have one so we can all chat when the server is down at Tru.

The Super Admins on the forum usually opens the chat feature on the forum when the site is down, and keep it closed when the site is up.
