hi. my name is Adrian, from Romania and i heave 1, 2 sugestions:
if i am a rating 1400 points and my oponent heave 1000 and i win the game i win 10 - 20 points but if i lose i lost 40 - 60 points. its not fair. i propose if i win or i lose i win or i lost 5 points. anyway for victory the ponts acordate will be must 5 points.
my english its not a verry good but you are understanding me, no?
for victory - 5 points acordate
for loser - 5 points lost

Re: backgammon
Hi Adrian,
I understand completely what your saying. The scoring for all Gametrust games is based on the United Chess Federation's scoring table or something along the lines of that. The higher the rating of your opponent the more points you will receive if you win and the less you will lose when you lose and the lower the rating of your opponent vice versa. Pretty much the best advice I can give you is play the players in your range or play players higher than you. Therefore, if you lose your rating will not decrease as much and if you win then you will happen to receive quite a few points.

or perhaps we could add a handicap feature for that reason, like in reversi for every 200 points your opponant's rating is lower than yours, your opponant gets 2 peices or something like that.
