It wont load

Post by Jarkon on Mon Aug 18, 2008 5:51 am

I cant seem to play the game anymore. I go to the 9 ball site (which loads successfully) but when I click 'Play' it doesn't load. This happens with Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer. It still doesnt load despite me turning off the firewalls. I dont see what else I can do.

Help!

My suggestion:

  • Delete all Private Date (Cookies, history, etc)
  • Get the latest Java Version
  • Get latest FireFox Version

If it doesn't work then it should be your connection to the server or PC capacity.

If non of above works then it's out of my knoledge.

Hope it helps What a Face

As Jared has stated, the factors above can help, although the most recent version of Java isn't always suitable, as many people have problems with the most recent releases and encounter freezing issues, and loading issues, so I would just roll back the driver to the previous installation of Java.

When clearing your private data it's essential you make sure you keep "Saved Passwords" unticked, just incase you have any important passwords remembered (although I don't advise this)

Cheers

I had that same problem, reinstall Shockwave player, and check to make sure Java and Flash players are all working as well. Good Luck!

It has nothing to do with the FireFox, and if your JAVA isnt damaged less

just load your cookies and try to reinstall your plugin (flash player ect.)
